We want you to love your LA RELAXED pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a sustainable processing cycle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a return for refund or a store credit exchange to generate your prepaid shipping label and packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
